To improve performance, it may eventually become necessary to rebuild entire hotmelt tanks/melters as part of overall cleaning and maintenance procedures. This involves disassembly of all components down to the frame and thoroughly cleaning them before reassembly. Every component of the system is rebuilt with new seals, sensors and any layers — such as Teflon coatings — are redone. The rebuilt unit is shipped to the customer after passing our operational testing.
